THE BREATH

WHAT IS THIS TYPE OF BREATHWORK?
A 3-part breath through the mouth–one belly breath, one chest breath and one full exhale–for 20 minutes. It's a miniature version of holotropic breathwork. "Holotropic" means "moving towards wholeness."
Each session starts with an introduction, gratitude sharing and brief grounding meditation. Every session ends with a custom visualization poem written by me to fit the theme–along with a treat.

BREATHWORK CHANGED MY LIFE.
A few years ago, on a random Thursday at noon, I ended up on my friend's doorstep–laid off, wine drunk and heartbroken. On the following Monday he took me to my first breathwork class. It led to a transformative year and endless insights ever since.
After three years of practicing, I decided to take Breathwork Facilitator Training, and I had no idea the impact leading would have. The sessions have provided not only a creative outlet, but also a way to express empathy. My hope is that every person comes away with at least one relatable keepsake.
