Why couples book us

Every detail, considered.

Every part of the hour is shaped around the two of you, the people you love, and the place that brought you all together. The location is part of the magic: its history, its landscape, the reason it matters to you both. All of it gets woven in. The result is something both deeply personal and quietly collective — a shared moment that bonds the group and grounds everyone for what comes next.
Pre-session survey
A short survey for each of you to get to know your story, plus a call to talk through the vision and the space.
Guided breathwork journey
Functional breath techniques to settle and ground, followed by a deeper breath practice that quiets the noise and opens space for presence, gratitude, and love. Approachable for first-timers, surprising for everyone.
Thoughtful extras
An eye mask for during and a sweet treat for after (sugar tastes best post-breathwork). A small altar to anchor the space and match your look. A speaker or yoga mats if you need them.
Custom playlist
Built around the music you love and the vibe you want to set.
Personalized poem
An ode to your love, to loved ones, to the moment itself. Often weaving past, present, and future. The peak of the hour, and a keepsake to bring you back to it.

Experiences Speak Louder than Words

The first wedding I led was my brother's, and he had the camera out. People who would never sign up for breathwork were moved: the friend who realized mid-session he did want to marry his girlfriend, another friend who'd done plenty of psychedelics and said this was something else, the rancher uncle who quietly teared up. I knew I wanted to share more of it.

That breathwork session the morning of our wedding was unforgettable. Annie created something so personal, including the sounds of the ocean, the cliffs, and even little nods to our favorite songs... I still have the poem framed. It brings me right back!

Bride

A taste of the poetry.

The poem is the peak of the experience. Written for the two of you, the people in your life and the place that holds you all. Here's a glimpse.

"We have watched," say the cliffs with reverence,
"Since the Greeks first named this place Anao:
Above, upward, heavenward,
The same direction your love is meant to go."

"For when two people trust in their own paths,
Led by faith and intuition and grace,
That then naturally converge as one,
Backwards and forwards don't exist in space."

"Looking up to the clouds you move as one,
Neither behind nor ahead but together you ascend,
A love story built on a shared beginning
That becomes a great tale which knows no end."

- From "Anao," written for Angela & Jim's wedding in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, France

Common Questions, Answered

How far in advance should I book?
Since I take on a limited number of weddings each season, and at least 3 months out is ideal. That said, reach out anytime, and we'll see what's possible.
Where do you travel?
I'm based in Los Angeles and St. Louis so anywhere in the LA or St. Louis area. I'm also available for weddings nationwide and internationally. Travel costs are added on top of the session fee.
What if my guests have never done breathwork before?
No experience required. Every session is designed to land for first-timers and seasoned breathers in the same room. Most people walk in unsure and walk out moved.
How many people can join?
Anywhere from a private session for the two of you to your entire wedding party. The session is shaped around the size and energy of the group.
How long is the session?
One hour, including the welcome, the guided breath journey, savasana, and the poem. Add a little extra time on either end for setup and a soft landing.
When during the wedding weekend does it usually happen?
Most often as a kickoff for the weekend or the morning of the wedding. We'll figure out the timing that makes the most sense for your day.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on location, group size, and travel. Tell me about your wedding using the Contact form, and I'll send a custom quote.
Can you also officiate the ceremony?
Yes, this is available for select couples. Let's chat about it on a call.
